What T Exponents™ is Doing to Help our Employees, Clients and Communities
As the coronavirus situation continues to evolve, we are committed to providing our clients, associates and community with factual and transparent communication. Our goal is to help each of us to navigate through the current circumstances related to the coronavirus (COVID-19).
This includes providing information on what T Exponents is doing internally, while also providing tips and guidance on what clients can do to better navigate the situation with their own associates, clients and community.
The health and well-being of our associates, clients and communities has always been and remains our number one priority.
What T Exponents is doing for our Associates and our Communities
We are requiring our associates to work from home to help combat the spread of germs and the coronavirus and to keep themselves, their families, and their communities safe
We are following guidance from the CDC and from our local communities. We are adhering to recommended social distancing, cleaning and disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment for our associates and communities
What T Exponents is doing for our Clients
Our associates continue to support essential business activities internally, and for all our clients to help minimize disruption to their operations and projects.
We will continue to meet with clients to keep all projects running smoothly. In most cases, these meetings will be virtual (audio or video communications) and in person when deemed to be business critical.
We have written a White Paper on Preparing and Bullet-Proofing Your Supply Chain for Major Disruption Events. This provides practical information on how you can prepare your supply chain for major disruption events. This also includes ideas on diversifying your supply chain including bringing parts of your supply chain near-shore or on-shore.
We will continue to send out tips, suggestions, and ideas on how you can better navigate the situation with your own associates, clients and communities. These tips will be focused primarily on addressing supply issues and disruptions.
We will also be writing additional white papers and providing thought-leadership on the following topics such as:
How to diversify your supply chain (including considering a combination of on-shore, near-shore and off-shore) to minimize future disruptions.
How you can leverage pop-up, short-term warehouses or distribution centers to address emergency disruptions to your supply chain.
As our communities continue to feel the increased impact of the Coronavirus, we feel this is the right time for sound preparation, enhanced business practices, event monitoring and making appropriate temporary lifestyle adjustments (such as incorporating social distancing in your everyday lives) to keep you and your families safe and healthy.
Warm Regards,
Wendy Kristek
